I cannot say enough positive things about the care my cousin is receiving at this facility. The staff are always very friendly. My cousin is always smiling when I come to visit, he is non verbal so this speaks volumes. His hygiene and daily care have been great as well. He was at a facility prior to this one where there was neglect in that area. I love to walk in and see that he is so well care for and so happy. His Occupational, Speech and PT therapists are amazing! Finding this facility has been such a blessing for our family!

My loved one is very sick and is currently at Annapolis. He is receiving occupational, physical, speech, and respiratory therapy among other treatments. The nursing staff, therapists, activities and administrative staff are very professional. Whenever I call with a concern it seems they are already on it. Every single person I encounter at this facility seems truly caring. Also, this center is very clean. My family had several facilities to choose from and I feel we certainly made the right choice. I would highly recommend.

My experience at Annapolis was that of professionalism and compassion. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and worked diligently to make sure everything was done to meet my daughter needs. My daughter arrived there with many special care needs, and on our first day there we were greeted by the entire care team to explain their plan of care for her. I was most impressed with the care team for allowing me as the caregiver to give my input in helping my daughter received the best care. Much appreciation goes to the nursing staff and caregivers. Lastly, Kudos to the maintenance team. Thanks to them my daughter recovered enough to continue her recovery and healing at home.

I’m am very pleased with the care. My brother has been here for 2 years, and for the last year I have been very pleased. It’s all because they have a brand new staff that cares about the patient first. The staff are very helpful and will get you on the right track. Especially the business office manager, Lois. We thank God for the change because God is the one who sends good people to take care of good people.

My Dad just came home from a three week stay here. Before we sent him there I went on a visit. When you first visit you will be greeted by Tali the admissions director. The first of many warm and friendly people you will meet at Annapolis. From his complete tour of the facility and talking to him we decided to give this facility a try. They exceeded our expectations. This facility is run by a phenomenal staff who are not only caring but also know the business of healthcare. Lois the business manager is knowledgeable about insurance and medicare and will make sure you have everything you need for a successful intake process. The nurses are responsive and caring, special shout out to Samuel for keeping my Dad comfortable and handling him with dignity and respect. The therapists PT, OT, and ST are amazing. In three weeks they improved my dad’s functioning exponentially from when he was admitted. The communication with our family was amazing down to the detailed summary notes and instructions they gave us for his discharge. They care about people and helping them recover. This is a 5 star facility.
